Overview
If you'd like to share it with an external user, you have two options:
1. Add asset to workspace
Add content to the workspace you've already built out for a client. This is our recommended approach so it's easy for the client to refer to later.
Sharing assets via Workspaces is the recommended approach for sensitive information. There are more security restrictions around workspaces.
2. Share asset directly
Share the link to the asset directly with a client. To share the link, what you'll need to do is find the asset and click the Share button. You have two link types when sharing assets directly:
Tracking link: the user will need to put their email in to view the asset. The email will be tracked as an identified user view.
Non-tracking link: the user won't need to input their email to view the workspace. The view will be an anonoymous viewer
