  • Content client views

  • Utilization rate

  • Engagement rate

  • Content engagement over time

  • Top content

Below we'll discuss each report type in depth!

Please note, this report relies on your Content Management Library having been built out!

Additional Filtering

Reports in Dock automatically show holistic data of all assets across all collections. You can always filter by collection, client activity (time range), or shares (time range) to drill in further.

Overall Reports

  • Number of assets: the number of pieces of content in the library.

  • Content shares: the amount of times content has been shared (this is done internally by the rep navigating to the asset directly and clicking the share link).

  • Content client views: how many times assets have been viewed by a client (in the shared view).

  • Utilization rate: the % of content that has been shared at least once.

  • Engagement rate: the % of content has been viewed at least once.

Content Engagement Over Time

This graph shows client views and client shares over a period of time. You can update the time period shown by day, week, month, quarter or year.

Top Content

The top content report is organized by most viewed content, but also shows additional reporting such as amount of shares, total time spent, download amount, last share, and last view.

Content & Sales Influence

This report will be shown assuming you have integrated with your CRM, and have connected accounts & deals/opportunities to workspaces. For each piece of content, you will see the breakdown of revenue and deals associated with the asset.
