Dock and Microsoft Teams

How to push notifications to Teams and sync call recordings

Updated this week

Overview

Dock's Teams integration can be used in two big ways:

  • To push workspace notifications to Team Channels.

  • For personal notifications to be surfaced in a Teams DM.

  • If your org uses MS Teams for recording calls, Dock can pull these into the associated workspace. The rep can then add the call recording into the workspace or use when generating AI Documents.

Each individual user will have to authenticate in order to pull in their recordings and/or transcripts. Turning on the integration below will only configure the notifications.

Turning on the Teams Integration for Notifications

In order to push notifications from Dock to Teams, an admin will need to configure the integration globally below.

Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.

Step 2: Under Data Management > select Integrations.

Step 3: Choose Microsoft Teams

Step 4: Connect Microsoft Teams (you'll be directed to Microsoft to authorize the connection)
