How to get Dock notifications in Microsoft Teams

Updated today

Overview

Dock's integration with Microsoft Teams centers around the ability to send notifications to different Teams channels.

The integration includes three different ways to get notifications:

  1. All workspaces: Setup a company-wide channel (e.g. dock-alerts) to get notifications of customer activity across all your workspaces.

  2. Synced workspaces: Send notifications from a specific workspace to Teams channels.

  3. Personal notifications: Just get notifications for your workspaces to a personal channel.
