How to add a MS teams recording to a Workspace

Overview

Reps can add call recordings from MS Teams into workspaces. This can be helpful if you'd like your prospect/customers to be able to view a call recording later on. To do so, follow the steps below.

How to Add a Recording

Step 1: Go to your Workspace in question

Step 2: Click Add Section

Step 3: Search and click Microsoft Teams

If it's your first time, you will be prompted to follow the authentication flow. Each individual rep will need to do this to give Dock access to your individual recordings.

Step 4: Videos will populate and you can select the video to add it to the workspace!

Once the Teams call is in the workspace, the user or customer can watch the video directly on the page.
