Overview

Setup Dock in Teams to give you personal notifications around how customers engage with your workspaces.

How to setup

Important: Your email address in Dock and MSFT teams need to be the exact same for the integration to work.

Admin Setup

Make sure admin has connected Dock to MSFT Teams (Instructions)

Install Dock in MSFT Teams

  1. Go to Microsoft Teams

  2. Select Apps in the left sidebar

  3. Find Dock in the app store and add to Dock

Turn on Notifications

  1. Go to Dock

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Go to Notifications and scroll down

  4. Click "Setup" next to Microsoft Teams

5. Turn on notifications you'd like to recieve
