By integrating Dock and Fireflies, you can bring call details into Dock to give AI Agents additional context about your customers, helping them provide more relevant and informed answers to user questions. The integration also makes it easy to embed call recordings directly into workspaces by selecting from a pre-populated list of Fireflies calls.

In the guide below, we'll walk you through how to configure this integration.

Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.

Step 2: Click Integrations.

Step 3: Under Call Recordings, click on Fireflies.

Step 4: Click Turn on Integration.

You'll then be asked to paste in an API key from Fireflies.

You'll need to create an API key on Fireflies, and then add the API key to Dock to create a connection.

Step 1: Within your Fireflies account, navigate to the Integrations page

Step 2: Search for Fireflies API and select it

Step 3: Click Get API Key

Step 4: You'll be taken to Developer settings, where your API key is generated and displayed

Step 5: Copy the API key

Step 6: Come back to Dock and paste in the key

Note: you can also reach this screen directly in Fireflies under Settings > Developer settings (Personal tab), without going through Integrations first.

💡 We recommend generating the API key from an account with admin-level access in Fireflies, so the connection isn't tied to a single team member's login.
