Overview
If you prefer to be notified about workspace engagement in Slack, you can link your accounts in the settings!
Before this can be enabled, Slack will need to be integrated as a whole.
Reps will need to turn this on individually to opt-in.
Enable Slack Notifications
Step 1: Navigate to your Settings
Step 2: Click into Email Notifications
Step 3: Towards the bottom, you'll see a Slack option to Connect
Step 4: Authorize the connection
Step 5: Toggle on/off the types of notifications you'd like to receive
Disconnecting the Integration
To disable the integration, navigate back to your settings and use the drop-down to disconnect your personal account.
