Overview
You can push Dock notifications into internal Slack channels! This is a great way to get real-time updates & insights into the progress of all sales deals, customer onboarding and more.
At Dock, we have a channel called #dock-alerts, where we push all of the activity across all of our workspaces. This helps us keep track of specific sales deals and new customer's onboarding progress.
Here's what it looks like:
Please note: This integration will push notifications for ALL workspaces in your Dock account.
Setup Instructions
Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.
Step 2: Under Company > select Integrations.
Step 3: Select Slack.
Step 4: Navigate to the Internal Notifications tab.
Step 5: Toggle on the notifications you want to push to Slack.
Step 6: Add in the Slack channel where you want to send the notification.
