Overview
If your Dock Admin has enabled the integration with Gong, you can easily pull in call recordings to share with your customer. To do so, follow the steps below:
How to add the recording:
Step 1: Navigate to the workspace in question.
Step 2: Click Add Section and search Gong.
Step 3: Paste the link from the call or use the date filters to find the call.
Where to Grab the Call Link
If you are copying the link to paste into Dock, you'll need to grab the top-level URL.
Due to limitations on the Gong side, you will not be able to grab a link to the snippet of the call. You will need to share the entire call.
