If your admin has integrated Chorus, you'll be able to embed call snippets to workspaces and also pull in call transcripts to help generate Dock AI data.
Embed a Snippet
Step 1: Within a Workspace page, click Add Section.
Step 2: Scroll down to the embed options or type "Chorus" in the search bar.
There are two ways to embed a video snippet:
Add the snippet link in the input field
Search for the call by name or date range
Once the snippet is selected, the video snippet will get downloaded to Dock and then you can add it to the workspace. Customers can watch the video directly in Dock from the shared view.
Pleas note: Only snippets can be embedded (not calls). This is a limitation of the Chorus API.
Looking for the Snippet Link? Here's how to create one:
Sign in to Chorus.ai
Navigate to the specific call you would like to share
Click the 'Share' button on the top right
This will create a snippet link of the full call for users to provide
If you want to only select a specific portion of the call or add additional settings for the snippet, please select the snippet tab to the right of the call
Click the 'Add Snippet' option under the Snippet tab
On the Share Recording pop-up, please make any edits you deem necessary and then save the link
Edits include snippet name, start & end of the snippet, link expiration, and more.
Chorus & Dock AI
Dock’s Chorus integration pulls in meeting transcripts that can be used in Dock’s AI documents and AI Assistant.
When creating an AI Document, the user can select a meeting and pull in the associated transcript to use as a source.
These calls are also stored on the associated Account record to be used as a data source for the AI Assistant.
