Overview
You can have your own company Intercom widget appear on workspaces shared with prospects or clients! By adding a custom code to the template or workspace level, the chat bubble will appear on each page, accessible for an external client to easily interact with.

Please note: The custom code embed will not have access to a user object. When you grab the code from Intercom, please make sure it is for visitors or leads (logged-out visitors).
