Understanding the pre-built Status report in Dock

There are several pre-built reports in Dock to help you better understand the impact of your workspaces with prospects or clients. The Implementation Status report analyzes activity across any onboarding workspaces in your Dock instance. Here you'll find the following insights:

  • Total implementations

  • Active implementations

  • Completed implementations

  • Time to completion (average)

  • % of implementations completed on time

  • Implementations started over time (graph)

  • Implementations by owner

  • Customer engagement

Below we'll discuss each report type in depth!


What Workspaces are pulled into this report?

The Implementation Status report pulls in any workspaces that have a designated "Implementation" workspace type. To learn more about types or how to assign these to workspaces, check out this article.

The Importance of Key Dates

Many of the following reports rely on key dates. Having a start date, projected end date, and actual end date for each workspace will help you get the most out of these! Check out this article to learn how to set these.


Additional Filtering

Reports in Dock automatically show holistic data across all workspaces. You can filter the report down by date range, CRM stage, owners, and/or teams to help drill into data further.


Implementations: Total

The total number of workspaces with an implementation type (or within the filtered range you set).

Implementations: Active

The number of workspaces kicked off (have a start date) that have not met their target or actual end date.

Implementations: Completed

The number of implementation workspaces with a start and actual end date.

Time to Completion (average)

This calculates the average amount of time taken between the start and actual end date for implementation-type workspaces.

Completed on Time

This report calculates the percentage of workspaces that have a projected end date equal to or earlier than the actual end date, divided by the total number of implementation-type workspaces.


Implementations Started

This report helps identify trends in the amount of implementations kicked off over time. Toggle between time ranges to see how these change in a certain period.


Implementations By Owner

Here you'll find reports broken down by owner to understand each team member's impact on your onboarding process.


Customer Engagement

The following views focus more so on the client experience and their engagement in your implementation workspaces.

Customer Views

How many times customers have viewed implementation-type workspaces.

Customers Actions

Total customer actions counts how many times a client has interacted with a space. We think of this as clicking into pages, embedded content, etc. Click into the cell to expand upon who these individuals are!

Avg. Unique Customers (Per Workspace)

This report analyzes each workspace and calculates the average number of unique external visitors.

Customer Views Over Time

This report helps identify trends in activity over time. Toggle between time ranges to see how client views change per period.

Most Engaged Customers

Here you'll find a list of your most engaged customers (from most views to least).
