Updated over 10 months ago

Overview

There are several pre-built reports in Dock to help you better understand the impact of your workspaces with prospects or clients. The Client Engagement report analyzes external activity across ALL workspaces in your Dock instance. Here you'll find the following insights:

  • Total client views

  • Total client actions

  • Average unique clients per workspace

  • Client views over time

  • Most engaged clients

Let's dive into each below!

Additional Filtering

Before we dive into the types of reports within Client Engagement, let's talk about filtering.

Reports in Dock automatically show holistic data across all workspaces. You can filter the report down by date range, owners, and/or teams to help drill into data further.

Total Client Views

By default, this counts how many views all workspaces have received (how many times workspaces have been accessed). To view who these viewers are, simply click into that cell.

Total Client Actions

Total client actions counts how many times a client has interacted with a space. We think of this as clicking into pages, embedded content, etc. Click into the cell to expand upon who these individuals are!

Avg. Unique Clients (Per Workspace)

This report analyzes each workspace and calculates the average number of unique external visitors.

Client Views Over Time

This report helps identify trends in activity over time. Toggle between time ranges to see how client views change per period.

Most Engaged Clients

This report helps identify clients who have visited workspaces the most. It sorts clients from most to least amount of views.
