How to update payment method, contact info, or upgrade your plan.

Accessing the Billing portal

If you are a super admin, you'll be able to access the billing portal where you'll find billing contact and invoice information. To navigate here, follow the steps below.

Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the left hand nav bar.

Step 2: Click Billing under Company.

Step 3: Select Open portal.

In the portal you'll find a variety of options to manage:

  • Account Information: Update the primary billing contact.

  • Billing & Shipping Addresses: Update the addresses on file.

  • Payment Methods: Update your credit card or payment method.

  • Billing History: View invoices.

How can I upgrade my plan?

You can purchase our Business plan on a monthly or yearly frequency directly on this page. To upgrade to our Enterprise plan (which gives you access to special features), you'll need to reach out to our Sales team by clicking on the button.

Where can I find my invoices?

Navigate to the billing portal and click Billing History.

What if I don't see the Billing Portal!

You'll want to make sure you have super admin permissions in order to have access to the portal.
