Overview
As an owner of a workspace, you'll receive email notifications when there's client engagement in the space. In your Dock notification settings, you can customize which types of notifications you receive.
Notification Settings
Step 1: Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar
Step 2: Select Email Notifications under your General settings
Notification Types
Workspace View: Receive an email each time a workspace is viewed.
Workspace Hot:
Workspace Cooling:
Workspace Comments & Messages: When a workspace visitor comments on a task or section, or if they use the messaging component. This is a hardcoded notification type that you cannot turn off at this time.
Workspace File Uploads: If a workspace visitor uploads a file anywhere in the space (i.e. in a task or file uploader). This is a hardcoded notification type that you cannot turn off at this time.
Can I Turn Off All Emails?
On a workspace by workspace level, you can turn off all email notifications. To do so, navigate to the space and from the Internal tab click on Contacts.
Here you'll see an email icon next to the owner name. Roll your mouse over it to Disable email updates.
