How to integrate Zoom and embed calls within Workspaces

Overview

By integrating Dock and Zoom, you can easily pull in recordings into Workspaces. In the guide below, we'll walk you through how to do so.


Initial Set Up

Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.

Step 2: Under Company > select Integrations.

Step 3: Click on Zoom.

Step 4: Click Configure.

Approve the authorization request from within Zoom


Adding Zoom Calls to Workspaces

Within the Workspace page, click Add section:

From there, you can choose the type of section that you'd like add to the workspace.

Click Embed and select Zoom.

Once Zoom is selected, you can add the call URL or select the video in the list.

Once the video is selected, click Add to drop into the workspace.

Once the Zoom call is in the workspace, the user or customer can watch the video directly on the page.


Turning off the Zoom Integration

To turn off the integration, follow the set up steps above and then select Turn off.
