Overview
Reps can add call recordings from Zoom into workspaces. This can be helpful if you'd like your prospect/customers to be able to view a call recording later on. To do so, follow the steps below.
How to Add a Recording
Step 1: Go to your Workspace in question
Step 2: Click Add Section
Step 3: Search and click Zoom
If it's your first time, you will be prompted to follow the authentication flow. Each individual rep will need to do this to give Dock access to your individual recordings.
Step 4: Videos will populate and you can select the video to add it to the workspace!
Videos will only populate if the passcode setting is turned off in Zoom, and will only work for future videos after this is turned off.
Once the Zoom call is in the workspace, the user or customer can watch the video directly on the page.
