Overview
In the article below, we'll walk you through how to configure the integration between Dock and Hubspot.
Please note, you'll need to be a Hubspot Admin to successfully integrate the two!
Initial Set-up
Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.
Step 2: Beneath Data Management, click Integrations.
Step 3: Select Hubspot.
Step 4: Click the Turn on Integration button in the top right.
Step 5: Choose the HubSpot account.
Step 6: Approve integration in HubSpot.
Dock can only connect to ONE HubSpot account.
Map Fields
Check mapping and adjust, if needed. Dock automatically pulls in standard HubSpot fields for Accounts and Opportunities. If you use different fields, you can always change the field you’re syncing with Dock.
Step 1: Click on Objects on the left hand side to review current mapping. You'll want to click through Workspaces, Accounts and Deals to view fields.
Workspace Activity
Dock will push analytics and plan activity to HubSpot Activity Feeds.
From the overall integration settings, toggle on/off activities you'd like to push to HubSpot.
In HubSpot, go to the Company, Contact or Deal record. Change filtering setting in the activity feed to show the Dock integration!
