By integrating Dock and Avoma, you can select calls to generate AI Documents from and easily embed call recordings by selecting from a pre-populated list.

In the guide below, we'll walk you through how to configure this integration.

Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.

Step 2: Under Data Management > select Integrations.

Step 3: Click on Avoma.

Step 4: Click Turn on Integration.

You'll then be asked to paste in an API key from Avoma.

You'll need to create an API on Avoma, and then add the API key to Dock to create a connection.

Step 1: Log in to your Avoma account.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Organization > Developer. Alternatively, you can access this section directly by following this link

Step 3: Click on Create API Key to create a new key

Step 4: Copy the API key you've generated

Step 5: Come back to Dock and paste in the key!
