Overview
Dock's Teams integration can be used in a few different ways:
For internal notifications for all workspaces. You can push Dock notifications into internal channels. This is a great way to get real-time updates & insights into the progress of all sales deals, customer onboarding and more.
To push individual workspace notifications to Team Channels. Notifications for a Workspace can be pushed to a specific teams channel. This is designed to work with shared channels with customers/prospects.
For personal notifications to be surfaced in a Teams DM. Toggle on/off certain types of alerts you'd like to receive for workspaces you own.
Turning on the Teams Integration
Step 1: From the home screen, click Settings on the lefthand nav bar.
Step 2: Under Data Management > select Integrations.
Step 3: Choose Microsoft Teams
Step 4: Connect Microsoft Teams (you'll be directed to Microsoft to authorize the connection)
