Overview
The Advanced tab in the Dock AI Settings gives admins control over the data sources available across all Agents when chatting with Dock AI, connections to your company's knowledge base, and permissions for who can build Agents.
Step 1: Click on Dock AI in the left nav
Step 2: Click Settings in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select the Advanced tab.
Sources
The Sources section lets admins toggle on or off the data sources that Dock AI can draw from across all Agents. Each source can be independently enabled or disabled.
The more sources you have active, the more context Dock AI has to work with. We recommend keeping all sources on unless there's a specific reason to restrict one.
Wiki
The Wiki section lets you connect your company's knowledge base so Dock AI can search its contents.
Note: Notion is authenticated by rep to ensure we're only referencing data that they have visibility into. Confluence is set up at an admin level.
Permissions
The Permissions section controls who in your organization is allowed to create Agents. By default, only Admin is selected. Expanding permissions here is what allows non-admin users to create and share Company Agents.
Click the dropdown to configure access. You can grant permissions by role or by individual teammate:
Roles β select Admin to restrict Agent creation to admins only, or add Standard to open it up to all users.
Teammates β search for and select specific individuals to grant them Agent creation access regardless of their role.
