Dock gives Admins the ability to create stages for each of the key phases in the customer lifecycle.
By tying stages to workspace, you can get a birds-eye view into the status of different customer relationships from the Workspace dashboard.
Configuring Custom Stages
To configure custom stages, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select Settings from the sidebar.
Step 2: On the left-hand nav bar, look under Objects and select Custom Fields.
Step 3: Click the top tab titled Workspace Stages.
Step 4: Click Edit options to customize and the toggle to enable/disable these for your account.
You can edit the title of the stages and add/remove options from the list.
Adding and updating stages in Workspaces
When creating a new workspace, you'll see the option to assign one of the custom stages to the space.
For existing workspaces, this option is available from within the Workspace in the Internal tab.
You can also change workspaces stages via drag and drop from the workspace dashboard.
