Overview
Courses are formal, guided trainings you can create within Dock to provide more structure around learning. Build them lesson-by-lesson with quizzes and flashcards, assign them to your team, track progress, and give coaching feedback.
Reps will have their own designated Courses dashboard to learn what's next, but you can also bake them into internal playbook.
Alternatively, you can add them into your client-facing workspaces.
What Dock plans have courses? Courses are only available on our Enterprise plan.
Who can create courses? Only Admins and Super Admins.
