How does the Dock AI Assistant Work?
Dock's AI Assistant is built to answer a range of questions directly from within your workspace.
The Assistant mainly responds to the following query categories:
Product questions
Find assets
Deal review
Competitor comparison
Meeting questions
Write Email
Create workspace
The more you engage with the Assistant, the more it will be able to support.
Note: Dock's AI Assistant is only available on our Premium and Enterprise plans.
How To Use the AI Assistant
There are many access points to the AI Assistant from within your workspace. Look for the "Ask Dock AI" widget in the top right corner of most pages throughout your workspace or access it from the lefthand side navigation.
Ask Dock AI
You can ask Dock AI anything by typing directly into the chat box.
Ask Dock AI in the Content Library
Use Dock AI in the content library to search for specific content that you are looking for.
Dock AI Data Sources
Dock AI aggregates data from all sources within your space with a focus on Accounts, Library and FAQs. You also have the option to prompt replies from just one of these data sources.
