How to integrate Dock with HubSpot tickets

Overview

We understand many customer success teams may not use the Deal object to track implementations or projects post-sales. Instead, your team may use HubSpot tickets. Within Dock, you can link a workspace to a ticket.

Admin Settings: Turn on the Tickets sync

You'll need to be an admin in Dock and HubSpot to turn on the tickets sync.

Step 1: Navigate to your Settings panel

Step 2: Click on Integrations on the left-hand side and find HubSpot

Step 3: Toggle on Tickets

Reps will then be able to link a workspace and ticket!

Step 1: Navigate to a workspace in question and make sure you're on the internal tab. Step 2: Click on Details

Step 3: Click on Ticket to link

You will only be able to link one ticket to one workspace at this time.
