Overview
The Playbooks homepage can be customized by admins of Dock to help teams quickly find content most applicable to them.
For example, you may want a branded landing page for your org to welcome them to this enablement hub, and you may want to create a view for each team!
Under the Manage menu you can control all of your advanced playbook settings; you can personalize the Playbooks dashboard, view every playbook in one place, build custom Views for different teams, and apply Tags to keep everything organized.
Accessing Your Settings
Step 1: From the left nav bar, click Playbooks under Learning.
Step 2: Click Manage in the top right.
Once inside, you'll see four tabs on the left: Settings, Playbooks, Views, and Tags.

Playbooks
The Playbooks tab is the master list of every playbook in your account.
From here, you can:
View unpublished playbooks (in-draft)
Search for a playbook by name
Filter by Tags or Owners using the dropdowns
Add a tag to any playbook directly from the list by clicking Add tag in the Tags column
View each playbook's Owner, Tags, Last modified date, Views, and Status (Published or Unpublished)
Use the ellipsis (...) menu at the end of a row to edit or archive Playbooks.
Views
Views act as tabs on your Playbooks dashboard, letting you show different teams a curated set of playbooks. For example, you could create a Customer Success view that only surfaces playbooks relevant to that team.
Step 1: Click the + next to Views.
Step 2: Under Details, name your view and optionally assign it to a Team.
Not seeing any teams? Here's how to create them.
Step 3: Under Tags and Playbooks, decide what should appear in this view:
Click Add tag to bring in every playbook associated to a specific tag(s)
Click Add playbook to add individual playbooks one at a time
Note: Every playbook added to a view (whether by tag or individually) shows its Published/Unpublished status. Use Hide on any row to remove it from the view without deleting the tag or playbook itself.
Step 4: Click Publish changes in the top right to make the view live.
đĄ Views can be reordered by dragging the tag or playbook rows, so you can control the order your team sees content in.
Tags
The Tags tab shows every tag used across your account, along with the Number of assets each tag is applied to. You can search for a specific tag using the search bar.
Note: Tags in Playbooks are the same tags used in your content library. To create a new tag â see Organizing Content (Boards & Tags) to learn more.
