Overview
Once you've created your Course, you can assign it out to team members and start to track progress! Alternatively, you can embed them into customer spaces to help with external enablement.
Assign Courses
Within your course, click into the Admin view found on the top nav-bar.
Option 1: Add assignments manually
Click on the blue Add Assignments button to manually assign reps (or everyone) to the course.
Option 2: Set assignment rules
Assignment rules let you manually or auto-assign courses to individuals, teams, or your entire organization. Click on the Settings button to pull up this panel.
Assignment Settings
Choose between new Dock users or users by team.
Reviewer & Due Date Settings
Regardless of how you assign out the courses to reps, you may want to automate reviewer settings and due date reminders. Each of these settings can also be found in the same Settings panel above.
Reviewer Settings
Choose who should review each course: whether that’s their team lead or a specific person.
Due Date Settings
Send automatic reminders to keep learners on track.
Tracking Course Progress
Each course has an Admin view that gives admins and leaders two layers of tracking visibility.
Analytics
The Analytics at the top show course-level metrics, such as enrollment numbers, completion rates, average viewing time, and quiz scores, so you can assess a course's overall success.
Assignment Progress
Assignments let you view each rep's course completion, viewing time, and quiz scores. Spot who's on track and who needs additional support or coaching.
