Overview
Library views help teams organize and manage the assets stored in Dock’s content library. By creating filtered views, team members can focus on the materials they’re responsible for maintaining—making it easier to keep content organized and up to date.
Creating a view
Step 1: Start by navigating to the Library
Step 2: Click + Add view
Step 3: Create new view
Step 4: Name your view and decide who you'd like to share it with
Anyone can create a saved view, but only admins can share them with "Everyone"
Customizing your view
Filters
Once the view is created, you can play around with the filters and columns to customize it.
What you can filter by:
File Type
Tags
Advanced Filters: Owner, Status, Internal, Upload source, Modified date, Views, Shares
Columns
Edit the columns that are shown in your view.
Select and rearrange the columns to further customize your view.
