How to customize themes and colors for your Workspaces

Updated over a week ago

In Dock, Admins can control the design aesthetic of Workspaces. We've built custom branding to be controlled by your company's marketing team, enabling you to personalize Dock to your own processes and design patterns.

Below, we'll guide you through how to control the logos, banner images, button colors, backgrounds, fonts, and accent colors of your Dock workspaces, so that interactions with customers and prospects align with your unique brand.

Please Note: This feature is only available to those on our Enterprise plan.

First, you'll want to navigate to settings > brand theme > edit.

On the left is the settings panel. In the center of the page, you'll find an example of a workspace that will reflect any settings configured in real time.

The header setting can be a "dark" or "light" configuration, impacting the top and side navigation within a Workspace.

The background setting fills the space behind your Workspace with the selected color.

The logo setting allows you to upload a logo that will populate in every Workspace created.

There are three header layout options with this settings tab. Click through them to set a cover image for the first two options. This will auto-populate when members of your team create new pages within a Workspace. Select a layout to set it as the default header for new pages.

Accent colors will impact certain accents in areas such as timelines and checkmarks in to-do lists.

You can customize the background and text color of buttons in the Button Style section of settings.

Lastly, you can customize your Color Palette. These selections will be shown when editing Workspaces or Templates to help ensure your team is using fonts that align with your brand.
