Overview
Customize Dock with your brand’s look and feel. Changes to your brand theme apply across Workspaces, Playbooks, Courses, and Slides.
To get started, navigate to Settings > Brand Theme.
Experiences
To make changes, navigate between the different options in the Experience tab. You have the ability to make the following changes:
Header: choose between light or dark mode and style for connected workspaces
Cover: upload and manage cover images
Top navigation: default design for the page (or module) navigation
Side navigation: default colors for the side section navigation text
Background: default color of the canvas
Sections: default style of sections
Buttons: default colors for buttons
Typography: default font for rich text and widgets
Keep in mind, these settings operate as a default brand theme. When you set the change, it will make the change across all of Dock.
Custom Fonts
Upload custom fonts to change the default font for rich text and widgets in shared and client-facing views. Fonts in Dock’s internal interface will remain unchanged.
Welcome page
The welcome page settings is what users see when first trying to access a workspace, playbook, or library asset.
Thumbnail
Thumbnail sets the default OG image that will show up when sharing a workspace link.
Advanced settings
Turn off Dock branding
This will remove all Dock logos from workspaces. Note: this is only available for Premium+ plans
Allow workspace-level customization
Allow users to customize the design of individual workspaces and playbooks.
Customizing a workspace or playbook detaches it from the brand theme. It will use its own design settings and no longer receive brand theme updates.
