We recommend that you use Workspace templates to standardize the Order Form process for the sales team. To do this, make sure to build your price quote within a Workspace template. After you create this price quote, it will be saved to the template as a starting point for sales reps.
We recommend starting with configuring the admin settings, as this will enable you to more easily and quickly build price quotes and order forms.
Now, when sales reps go to create a workspace they will have a pre-loaded price quote that can easily be turned into an order form.
