With our Enterprise plan, you have the ability to integrate Salesforce with Dock to streamline set-up of Workspaces and give your team greater visibility into client/customer touch points. Here's why you should integrate with Salesforce:

  • Sync Dock Workspaces with Accounts and Opportunities. Automatically populate workspaces with dynamic fields—including account and customer names, logos, emails, and more.

  • Push Dock activity to Salesforce Tasks on the Account/Opportunity record. See every time your client completes an action in a workspace—like watching a video, completing a task, or clicking a link—directly from Salesforce.

  • Use Dock data for deal forecasting and lead scoring engines.

  • Push the Dock Workspace link to Salesforce Accounts or Opportunities. This gives users quick access to Dock from within SFDC and opens up the possibilities to create automations (ex. emails) with the Dock workspace link.
