Choose the sharing setting based on who should have access. When should I use a connected workspace?
When should I use a connected workspace?
Use a connected workspace when you want to extend an existing customer workspace into another stage of the journey, such as transitioning from sales to onboarding. This helps carry important customer context forward while creating a new experience for the next stage.
What happens when a Library asset in my workspace is updated?
What happens when a Library asset in my workspace is updated?
When content is added to a workspace from the Dock Library, updates to that Library asset automatically carry through anywhere the asset is being used. This helps ensure customers continue to see the most current version without reps having to replace the asset manually.
