Creating assignment rules
Assignment rules are created via the new assignment flow.
Existing rules
Once rules have been established, go to the Assignment rules tab.
Manage existing rule
From the assignment rule page, you can either pause a rule.
Or scroll to the bottom to click Edit logic and make changes to the rule.
