AI section agents help to generate new sections of content within your workspace based on a specific source. They are typically created by an admin who helps create the prompt and structure to generate things like business cases, executive summaries, account summaries, deal reviews and more.

Then, the rep can use an AI section agent, and attach a specific source (i.e. customer call) that will personalize the content to that particular account.

Step 1: Click on Dock AI in the left nav.

Step 2: Click Settings in the top right corner of the Dock AI screen.

Step 3: Click Create agent:

Name your agent and choose "Sections" as your output.

The first step is to outline what kind of section you're looking to create and provide some general background information.

Choose from our emoji and icon library. Select colors that fit your brand.

Explain what kind of agent you're trying to create and who you're creating it for. The more context the better.

Once you've determined the overall document purpose, now it's time to write the prompts for each of the sections.

For each section, you'll provide:

When building your section agents, we recommend that you test the output, so you can refine your prompts accordingly. At the bottom of your screen, you'll see the "Add Sources" button. Select different sources (files, call transcripts, calls, etc.) to preview the AI agent.

When you're ready to test, just add your test source(s) and click "Preview output."

After the test runs, you'll see the content that AI agent creates based on the instructions and given source(s).

To refine the output, simply update the general instructions or the specific section instructions. You can also use Dock AI to help generate or enhance the instructions.

By running tests and updating prompts, you can iterate your way towards an output that you're happy with.

When you're done testing the output, click "Save and publish."

When published, this AI section agent will now show up in the Dock AI settings.

It will also show up when creating templates and workspaces under the AI Agents widget.
