Benefits of the Hubspot Integration

1) When creating a Dock Workspace, sync Companies and Deals from Hubspot

2) View Hubspot Deal data within the Dock Workspace side panel

3) Push Dock Activity to Hubspot Companies, Deals and Contacts

Once you get Dock data into Hubspot, you can use it for deal forecasting and lead scoring engines. 

It's also a great way to get quick access to Dock from Hubspot. Just click on the workspace link to access Dock

4) Push Dock Workspace link to Hubspot Companies or Deals

This gives users quick access to Dock from within Hubspot and opens up the possibilities to create Hubspot automations (ex. emails) with the Dock workspace link 

How to setup the Hubspot Integration

1) Go to the Integration Page

2) Select the Hubspot Integration

3) Click integrate (you need to be a Hubspot Admin)

4) Choose Hubspot account 

5) Approve integration in Hubspot

6) Check mapping and adjust if needed

Dock automatically pulls in standard Hubspot fields for Companies and Deals. If you use custom fields, you can always change the field you’re syncing with Dock

7a) Turn on Dock Workspace link sync (optional)

7b) In Hubspot, create a field for the Dock Workspace link. You can do it on the Company or Deal object

7c) In Dock, add in the newly created field to map with the Dock Workspace

8a) Toggle on Dock activity sync (optional)

Select which of the following you’d like to sync to Dock. We’ll push data to the Company, Deal and Contact objects

8b) In Hubspot, go to the company record. Change filtering setting in the activity feed to show the Dock integration

  • Repeat for Deal object
  • Repeat for Contact object

Now, you’ll be able to visualize all of the Dock data on those objects (see example above)

9) Click confirm. You’re all done :)

If you ever want to make edits - just click “edit integration”
